Community Helping Ministry, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization, located at 12120 Bridgeton Square Dr, Bridgeton, MO 63044, is now selling $5 reservation tickets in its Queen of Hearts Raffle. (one free ticket given for each 5 purchased!) The drawings will take place online every Wednesday at approximately noon unless otherwise posted. This raffle will end when the Queen of Hearts playing card is drawn by a raffle winner. Tickets are available for purchase online for residents of the United States beginning June 1, 2025.
The name on the ticket must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. Resident. You agree you are purchasing raffle ticket(s). The raffle ticket(s) are subject to the raffle laws in Bridgeton, Missouri.
The drawing of the current raffle will be conducted virtually online.
1. All raffle tickets are $5.00 per ticket, or for every (5) tickets purchased during a single transaction ($25) with the same individual’s name on all tickets, the buyer will receive an extra (1) ticket FREE!
Raffle ticket sales, rules, and results will be posted online at:
https://chmqueenofhearts.chance2win.org/

A. Legal First and Last Name. No nicknames, aliases, or abbreviations.
B. Contact Mobile Phone Number with area code.
C. Contact Email Address.
D. State of Residence.
E. Card Board Slot number choice for each ticket purchased.
Â
3. The drawings will take place at approximately noon every Wednesday, unless otherwise posted. One (1) raffle ticket will be drawn by the computer from the tickets purchased for that drawing.
Drawing Procedure
There are 54 Card Board Slots with a unique playing card (that consists of 52 playing cards plus 2 Jokers) randomly associated to each Card Board Slot.
When a ticket is purchased through an entry in the computerized online program, a ticket is assigned a computer generated ticket number that ties the individual name, phone number, email address and Card Board Slot number chosen to a single transaction.
Each week the available playing cards that are not revealed yet are electronically shuffled and assigned to Card Board Slots randomly. The playing card electronic randomization happens after tickets are drawn each week, as a safe-guard for potential system hacks.
When a Drawing takes place, a name is drawn with the Card Slot Number tied to that ticket number. Then the Playing Card is revealed which determines the winning dollar amount from the Prize Distribution show below.
The winning raffle ticket Card Board Slot becomes extinct after it has been revealed during a Drawing and will remain extinct during the remainder of the raffle.
A Playing Card will be permanently turned face up and removed from play once it has been revealed during a Drawing. After each Drawing, all tickets purchased prior to the Drawing will be deleted from the raffle. Tickets purchases for a specific Drawing, will only be valid for that Drawing.
The ticket purchaser holding the raffle ticket drawn will have their Card Board Slot and Playing Card revealed via an email or phone call within 96 hours of the drawing.
The raffle winner(s) will be contacted by Community Helping Ministry within 15 days of the drawing to collect their winnings.
Prize Distribution
The Raffle Ticket Electronically Drawn on a Drawing Date will reveal the associated Card Board Slot number of that raffle ticket, plus the Playing Card associated with their Card Board Slot and raffle prizes will be paid out as follows:
Prizes
The individual with the winning raffle ticket selected and specific card revealed will receive a value below based on their revealed card:
a) Face Cards other than the Queen of Hearts – Wins $50.00
b) Aces – Wins $100.00
c) Jokers – Wins $150.00
e) Queen of Hearts Card – Wins 50% of Grand Prize Pool (AKA Jackpot).
Queen of Hearts Grand Prize Pool (AKA Jackpot Amount) calculation.
The calculation for the Queen of Hearts Grand Prize Pool (AKA Jackpot Amount) is 50% of the total revenue generated since the beginning of the raffle including ticket sales, less all money won by previous winners in the current raffle.
The Jackpot will continue to accumulate weekly (progressively) less previous awarded amounts listed above and raffle processing expenses. This Grand Prize Pool/Jackpot will roll over each week until the Queen of Hearts Card is drawn. The Jackpot amount will be updated and displayed continually online while tickets are being sold. If the Queen of Hearts playing card is revealed, the raffle ends and a new raffle will begin. Any recurring purchase transactions will stop once the raffle ends.
